Refund & Exchange Policy – S Rank Humour

At S Rank Humour, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds for orders due to:

- Incorrect size selection by the customer.

- Change of mind after placing the order.

- Minor color variations that may occur due to screen display settings.

Exchanges

If you receive the wrong size due to our error, we will gladly offer an exchange, subject to product availability. Please note that exchanges are only provided when the size sent by us differs from the size ordered. We do not offer exchanges for customer sizing preferences or incorrect size selections made during purchase.

To request an exchange:

- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at humorsrank@gmail.com

- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if approved.
